2. Booking process

Bookings and service contracts are made online and directly through the website https://esblaucdq.com.
The contract is finalized when the user completes the booking process and receives the corresponding email confirmation.

The user is responsible for providing truthful, complete and up-to-date information during the booking or contracting process.

3. Prices and payments

All prices shown on the website are in euros (€) and include applicable taxes, unless expressly stated otherwise.
Payment for the booking or service is made online at the time of booking, using the payment methods available on the website.
The booking or service will not be considered confirmed until payment has been successfully processed.

4. Cancellation Policy

During the booking or contracting process, the user will be able to select between different fare options (for example, flexible cancellation or non-refundable):

4.1 Flexible Cancellation Rate
Cancellation is free if made within the period indicated in the corresponding offer.
In case of cancellation outside of this period or no-show, the charge specified in the conditions of the selected rate will apply, which may consist of the cost of one night or the total cost of the service.

4.2 Non-refundable Rate
Reservations or services made under the non-refundable rate are non-cancellable and cannot be modified.
The total amount will be charged at the time of booking and is non-refundable under any circumstances.

5. Reservation modifications

Modifications are subject to availability and the specific conditions of the purchased fare.
For non-refundable fares, no changes or refunds will be permitted.

6. Check-in and Check-out (if applicable)

Check-in and check-out times will be as indicated in your booking confirmation or contract.
Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur an additional charge.

7. Rules of the establishment or provision of services

The customer agrees to abide by the establishment’s internal rules and service conditions, and to use the facilities and services appropriately.
Engaging in disruptive, illegal, unsanitary, or dangerous activities is prohibited.

8. Responsibilities

ESBLAU CDQ S.L. is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of the client’s personal belongings during their stay or while services are being provided, except where liability is imposed by law.
The client will be responsible for damages caused by improper or negligent use of the facilities or services and may be required to pay for repair or replacement costs.

9. Force majeure

ESBLAU CDQ S.L. will not be liable for total or partial non-compliance with its obligations when such non-compliance is a consequence of force majeure, such as natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions or other unforeseeable and unavoidable circumstances.

10. Local taxes and fees

If there are tourist taxes or other local taxes, these must be paid by the customer in accordance with current regulations and, unless expressly indicated, will be paid directly at the establishment or at the time of service provision.

11. Data protection

Personal data provided during the booking or reservation process will be processed in accordance with current data protection regulations and as set out in the website’s Privacy Policy.

12. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish law.
